Parts Feeder Machine Style Supply Hoppers (PFM)
The Parts Feeder Machine Style Supply Hoppers (PFM) is a combination of a bulk hopper design and a vibratory trough design to convey bulk parts to a rotary or vibratory parts feeder. The PFM assures proper product loading of the parts feeder for efficient part orientation and rate.
Standard features:
- Bin and trough constructed of Type 304 stainless steel
- Available bin capacities of 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 3 or 5 cubic feet
- High frame or low frame support, depending upon the input height of the parts feeder
- Controller and adjustable slide gate included to control speed and amount of product supplied to the parts feeder
- Available for 115 or 230 volt, 60 or 50 cycle, single phase power supply
Optional Flow Switch available to control the supply of product to the parts feeder.

Offset Style Supply Hopper
The Offset Style Supply Hopper consists of a hopper bin with straight sides and a sloped bottom, bin vibrator mounted to the underside of the sloped bottom, adjustable slide gate, adjustable discharge chute and support stand. The bin vibrator agitates the product so they advance into the parts feeder. The straight wall hopper design allows it to handle a wider assortment of part shapes than tapered bins.

- Bin constructed of mild steel or Type 304 stainless steel
- Available bin capacities of 1/4, 1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 cubic feet
- Slope of discharge chute adjustable from 0 to 30 degrees
- Mild steel support stand to accommodate the product input height of the parts feeder
- Controller to vary the vibration of the bin vibrator and control product supply
- Available for 115 or 230 volt, 60 or 50 cycle, single phase power supply
Optional Flow Switch available to control the supply of product to the parts feeder.
