Syntron® Model VPF-351 Parts Feeder
The unique design of the Model VPF-351 Parts Feeder allows for adjusting the vertical and horizontal bowl amplitude independent of each other, resulting in smooth feeding characteristics and optimum feed rates. Since this unit uses bonded spring rubber, instead of metal springs found on traditional vibratory bowl drives, the unit does not continue to vibrate after being deactivated and quickly stops feeding product. This feature makes the unit ideal for counting and packaging applications.
It is also versatile as the same unit can operate bowls having either a clockwise or counterclockwise feed direction by simply changing the wiring of the controller.
